Gearbox To Reveal Full Borderlands 4 Gameplay In Their April 30 Streaming Show

-

Los Angeles, CA — Borderlands enthusiasts can now mark their calendars as Sony has set up a dedicated Streaming Show for April 30, where the company will showcase around 20 minutes of gameplay footage for the soon-to-be-released Borderlands 4.

As was announced earlier, the presentation can be watched from the Twitch and YouTube channels of the company, and now it is confirmed that it will also be streamed on PlayStation’s website.

We now have new visuals of Borderlands 4, and according to them, the word Gearbox is visibly displayed across various surfaces in the game. Players who join the showcase with Senior Project Producer at Gearbox, Anthony Nicholson, will explore key elements of the game alongside other fans.

Before the most recent update, Nicholson mentioned on stage that certain parts of the game were being adjusted ahead of final release. Lessons learned regarding combat and world design are being re-evaluated in this version, rather than simply reusing the original concept, with hopes of avoiding repetitive gameplay elements.

Some fans participating in early tests have shared thoughts about features like shock grenades and specific zones where enemies emerge, often converging at central points in the map or while interacting with special enemy types.

Fans have also requested changes to leveling mechanics, aiming to improve progression systems within the game.
